What our Brokerage offers

Preferred Stay Realty Inc. is located in London Ontario and services London and surrounding areas from Woodstock to Windsor.  We provide Sales Representatives/Brokers with an Ontario Real Estate licence the option to park their license, maintain  in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) while minimizing the costs involved in holding a licence.  

Our brokerage is fully registered under RECO, but not part of a real estate board. This substantially reduces the costs involved in a Sales Representatives/Brokers maintaining their real estate licence.

With Preferred Realty Stay, you do not pay any of the following fees associated with a typical real estate brokerage.

No MLS Fees
No OREA Fees
No Ontario REALTOR® Wellness Program (ORWP) Fees
No CREA Fees
No Desk Fees

The only fees you are responsible for are RECO registration, continuing education and E&O Insurance fees in addition to our licence parking fees.

While your licence is parked with Preferred Stay Realty, you can still receive referral fees from registered real estate sales representatives or brokers throughout Ontario. You keep 100% of all referral fees you receive minus an administration fee of $300. per referral transaction.
